August 1 - 2: 10th Grade World Lit

This Week: Welcome back! It was so wonderful to see so many familiar faces back today, and I am looking forward to getting to know and work with everyone this year! I will work to update this blog frequently, so it is your number one resource if you are sick or if you ever miss something in class.

Remember to bring in $17 (exact cash or check made out to Lassiter High School) if you still need to buy a Vocab Book. We will begin with Unit 1 Vocab the week of August 12, and our first vocab quiz will be on Friday, August 16.

Many of you turned in summer reading today - a few of you did not. Please note that the due date for summer reading assignments is Friday, August 9. Any assignments turned in after August 9 will be considered late. (If you enrolled later in the summer or this week, please send me an email and we can work something out.)
